Account/Registration
You may browse the Site and view Content without registering, but as a condition to using certain aspects of the Service, you are required to register with DreamNetworks.org and select a password and screen name ("User ID"). You may not use as a user ID any language that is considered offensive, vulgar or obscene, as determined exclusively by Dream Networks. DreamNetworks.org reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a User ID and account in its sole discretion.
If you have registered with DreamNetworks.org, you are solely responsible for:

2. You shall provide DreamNetworks.org with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of the Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your DreamNetworks.org account.

4. You will immediately notify DreamNetworks.org in writing of any unauthorized use of your account, or other account related security breach of which you are aware.
Rules of Conduct—Content and User Submissions – Termination or Suspension
DreamNetworks.org is a unique community building, dream fulfillment, networking website. In order to use the site you will have to create a profile as a dreamer and/or helper. Any information you use as part of your public profile can and will be networked on other online and off line sources including media. For more on this please see our privacy policy.
You agree NOT to post Visitor Content that:
1. May create a risk of harm, loss, physical or mental injury, emotional distress, death, disability, disfigurement, or physical or mental illness to you, to any other person, or to any animal;
2. May create a risk of any other loss or damage to any person or property;
3. May constitute or contribute to a crime or tort;
4. Contains any information or content that we deem to be unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), libelous, threatening, or otherwise objectionable;
5. Contains any information or content that is illegal, contains any information or content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;
6. Contains any information or content that you know is not correct and current.
By submitting Visitor Content to the Site, you agree to represent and warrant that such Visitor Content shall not contain any libelous, defamatory, obscene, illegal, threatening or abusive materials and shall not infringe any intellectual property right or any other right of any person or entity and shall not breach any law. If we deem your actions to go against these terms we reserve the right to cancel your account and report any behaviour as legally necessary.
As part of Dream Networks providing this service to you we will be using advertising on our site. This advertising may be posted on all areas of the site including on your profile pages.
Copyright/Trademarks
This Site is owned and controlled by Dream Networks, a company incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia and whose head office is located in the city of West Kelowna.
Any claim relating to DreamNetworks.org's Site shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For the purposes of this Agreement, "Intellectual Property Rights" means all patent rights, copyright rights, mask work rights, moral rights, rights of publicity, trademark, trade dress and service mark rights, goodwill, trade secret rights and other intellectual property rights as may now exist or hereafter come into existence, and all applications therefore and registrations, renewals and extensions thereof, under the laws of any state, country, territory or other jurisdiction.
You agree that the Service contains Content specifically provided by DreamNetworks.org or its partners and that such Content is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights and laws. You shall abide by and maintain all copyright notices, information, and restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Service.
